Robert (RJ) Brasko
Prior to starting his own firm, RJ worked as a Senior Associate at a Lehigh Valley law firm for fifteen years. Attorney Brasko was Valedictorian of his Law School Class at Widener University School of Law in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, and served as a Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Emil Giordano of the Northampton County Court of Common Pleas. Attorney Brasko has devoted his work in private practice to representing individuals in the Lehigh Valley in a wide range of Civil Matters, including Family Law, Personal Injury, Real Estate and Contract matters. Attorney Brasko is licensed to Practice Law in Pennsylvania and is admitted to the Bars of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania, the Federal Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania the Third Circuit Federal Court of Appeals.
Attorney Brasko proudly focuses on each of his Client’s individual needs, crafting legal strategies that achieve efficient results commensurate with each client’s goals. Attorney Brasko has represented Clients in countless divorce, custody and support matters through his career. He has appeared before all levels of Court in Pennsylvania, including the Appellate Courts, Trial Courts and District Courts. He has obtained millions of dollars of awards and settlements for his personal injury Clients. He is a Member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association – Family Law Division and has contributed and presented as a speaker at previous Family Law Division programs. He is currently the 2024 Northampton County Bar Association Family Law Committee Chair.
Attorney Brasko resides in the Lehigh Valley with his wife and children, all of whom are active members of their community. He currently serves as the Scoutmaster for Scouts of America Pack 364 and was previously a Den Leader and Cub Master for Cub Scout Pack 319. His wife, Jennifer, is an Honorary Regent of the Bethlehem, Pa. Chapter of the Daughters of the American Revolution.
